1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Lumens, you agree to these terms. This section will state explicitly what constitutes acceptance and when these terms apply.
2. The solutions we sell
Description of the three solutions (Synthesis, Funnel Audit, Growth), what's delivered, delivery timelines, and what is explicitly out of scope. Cross-references to the pricing page.
3. Payment, billing, and refunds
Pricing in USD. Payment processor (Stripe, Merchant of Record TBD). Refund policy: seven days, full refund, no questions. Ambassador-issued discount codes and how they apply at checkout.
4. Use of deliverables
You own the deliverable. Lumens retains a non-exclusive right to anonymize and reference the work in research, case studies, and the journal, with personally identifying details removed.
5. Ambassador program
Separate ambassador agreement governs the revenue-share relationship. Ambassadors are not employees and may not represent themselves as such. Code of conduct, claims that may not be made on behalf of Lumens, and termination terms covered in the ambassador agreement.
6. Acceptable use
What you may and may not do with the platform and deliverables. No resale of unmodified deliverables. No use of platform output to claim affiliation Lumens has not granted.
7. Limitation of liability
Standard limitation clauses. Strategy work is research and recommendation, not a guarantee of business outcomes.
8. Termination and changes
How accounts may be closed (by either side), how unresolved deliverables are handled, and how changes to these terms will be communicated.
9. Governing law
To be determined with counsel based on entity domicile.
